Kasich may be having something of a Jerry Brown in 76 moment where he surges last minute as a Stop Trump/Carter candidate but it's too little too late.

We'll see. Polls aren't good at primaries in general because they are an unpredictable environment and voters don't commit as early. ARG isn't a good pollster, but neither is YouGov or Marist. I think we need to wait to see what happens - But I would venture that Rubio only gets around 11-12% in Michigan.
