Thats a rather low number for grassley, of course i still think he will win with over 55%.

I think Grassley is a tolerable senator, but I'd prefer to see a moderate democrat winning the election, and I know that's impossible. Maybe Grasley decides to retire (and I think he is running for reelection, but Bayh was too...).
Grassley will win reelection even if he's involved in a scandal "a la Terd Stevens" haha...

     Grassley is safe, though you could say that him winning by such a small margin would be a huge moral victory for Democrats. Wink
