By my count I think it’s actually 4-2 cis-trans balanced. I might be forgetting some people though.

You may be right.  According to this demographics poll from earlier this year:

there are supposedly 5 cisgender women and 4 transgender women here, out of 94 respondents.  This has got to be the first time in forum history that we're flirting with a double digit %age of posters being female.
