Just take comfort in the fact that old West Virginia (outside of the East Panhandle and Morgantown) continues to lose population and have been losing population for about 70 years now.

West Virginia is so racist that the state's two historically black colleges are overwhelmingly white

so, they took the university from the black man and people in West Virginia don't even go to college.

Maybe it has something to do with the fact that WV is overwhelmingly white.
