Given we're talking about a GOP Congress that's sole purpose is to oppose Obama, it's not going to pass.

I'm thinking it'll fail 239-194 in the House (Stivers, Hunter, Peter King, Dold and Sensenbrenner breaking ranks for the resolution), and 55-45 against in the Senate (With Bernie Sanders and Rand Paul as notable voting against, and Kelly Ayotte and Tom Cotton voting for the resolution)
