When you get 50 posts, I suggest to re-post your registration, just to be safe.

When I first registered, back in June, I was two posts short. So my vote wasn't counted in the Presidential election, later that month! Smiley

Welcome to the Northeast! I'm the Lt. Governor, so if you have any questions, feel free to ask me. Also, we have elections for our Regional Assembly coming up in December, and I suggest you run, if you want to hold regional office. Smiley

If the allegations that Hamilton made (He said that the DA is suspicious that I am Ogis) are true, then I refuse to associate myself with a party that resorts to such vicious tactics.

In fairness, Gio is among the most reasonable members--though admittedly not the only one--in his party.

Oh, Giovanni, I tried to stay, but it turned out to be pointless. Enjoy yourselves.

You act as if it would have been impossible for you to conduct any sort of business. It's not as if the POP caucus in the NE Assembly is filled with a bunch of party line punching Nazis. It would have been quite easy to compromise with most of us.

You would definitely been reelected to a second term in the Assembly, so I see no reason to, I suppose "give up" on a region merely because of the results of one election.

Guys, please! Stop this fighting before anyone has to get in trouble with a Moderator. This conversation has been had over and over again!

Sad Sad to see you go.

With all the opposition leaving the Northeast, elections in the NE won't be much fun at all...

Don't worry about that, Gio. Just do your job, and try to make the region a better place. Grin

Ooh, good to have DAers coming into the region! Now it's a party!

Just cool, now we have Populares in total control in NE, JCP in Pacific and soon Mideast will be DA fieldom.

Funny that the Southeast is becoming one of Atlasia's most politically competitive regions, given that roughly a year-and-a-half ago the opposition had given up entirely on competing there.

I was thinking the same thing. The RPP dominated the region since its creation, but our recent decline has allowed for other parties to make waves in the South.

I think the recent Assembly you guys made has helped, too.

Perhaps, but the RPP grip on the region was slipping prior to the Assembly's inception.

That's true. I just meant that it incurred more regional activity.

I do this very grudgingly. I'm simply too far to the Left to really consider myself a "Centrist". Wink
