Please don't leave. You can always run for regional government, I'm not sure what's going on in your region but there's a House of Commons election next week in Fremont so if you move to Minnesota you can run in it. I found that to be a good start to participating in the game, rather than getting involved in national politics(which I understand why you might not like it). I'm sure there's a way for you to participate in a small way, even just as a voter(you can submit legislation) don't feel you have to jump in the deep end.
