If a Justice Democrat succeeds in primarying out Manchin, this race goes from Likely D to Likely R in my book.

Jim Justice's party switch probably hurts Manchin, so I say this race moved from Likely D to Lean D.

To be fair, we’ll most likely see that happen with every red state Democrat, not just Manchin.
I'm not convinced he will do that. He didn't seem to after being reelected last time.
