The expectations game is also something to watch.

Right now expectations are that
1,2 3 Romney, Paul or Santorum (with no one breaking above high 20s)
4, 5 Gingrich or Perry
6 Bachmann
7 Huntsman

Hopefully expectations are wrong and something interesting/surprising happens like Romney comes in 4th.

Even if Romney eeks out Santorum it looks like he will come short on his 2008 showing of 25.2% and 30k votes. Paul more than doubled his suuprt but Romney spent millions to stay the same (or actually drop)

Gingrich needs to stop playing victim card.  Crybaby image reminds people of why the grew to hate him in 90s . Plus people liked Newt the fighter at the debates. He is undmining his own new brand

Current delegate breakdown from Iowa - Santorum - 6, Romney - 6, Paul - 4, Gingrich - 1, Perry - 1 leaving 7 more to go.
Which means the actual"winner" doesnt matter. In reality it is a tie
