One can only hope that this election helps both parties to realize that their nomination processes are deeply flawed and obscenely antiquated.

It is absurd that all fifty states do not have an equal say in their party's nominee, and it is equally ridiculous that one candidate should get a gigantic head start just because party leaders say so.
