It's also questionable what the state polls are worth outside the early ones, because early state outcomes may heavily affect the dynamics and momentum of the race.

In addition to the point about the state polls, I was questioning how much stock we should put in them regardless of whether or not it's a poll of an early state or not since we're pretty much a year out from Iowa.
