Probably never. The only republican I genuinely like was Hoover but no way I wouldn't vote for the first catholic predidential candidate!

Well, I am uninterested in American history before 1896. But obviousuly I would have backed the anti slavery candidate.

But yes, the only republican nominee that I like is Hoover.
