Heitkamp is not favored, but with a month left I don't think it's fair to say she is totally done for. I mean, you have to remember Donnelly also made the decision to vote against Kavanaugh.

Heitkamp made a decision and is sticking with it. It would be really bad if she voted against Kavanaugh and then proceeded to tell everyone that rape is not actually that bad.

Will that even help? Biden can't exactly be popular in ND.

This is like having Mike Pence campaigning for R's in Massachusetts.

I don't think Biden is nearly as polarizing as Pence.
