Fair, but I'm dealing in hypotheticals here.

Also, SC-05 was closer than that and it was also a special election held in an inelastic area.

A Strange tie might see the bigger cities as slightly more Republican than a Moore tie (I could even see Shelby only about 55-60% R in a Moore tie and Tuscaloosa 50-50), while a Moore tie might see bigger margins in rural Alabama.  Not that either will be a tie.
