Unlike fellow 2020ers Booker, Gillibrand, and Warren, Amy Klobuchar will sit on neither the Senate Armed Services Committee nor the Senate Foreign Relations Committee in the next Congress, so she has to shore up her foreign policy credentials in other ways. You may recall back in 2013, when Klobuchar seemed to be flirting with the idea of running for president in 2016, she came out in support of a no-fly zone in Syria:
