(North Dakota, unique among the states, has no voter registration requirement at all.)
LOL. Well, until you can produce a death certificate, I say it's a fair vote and has to be counted!
ND people are the luckiest of all. You still need to provide evidence you live in the precinct (basically show them your driver's license with your address). I think you can also do it with a bill and photo ID (we have the same thing but for same day registration. ND just lets you vote then.)
