Does population really matter for gameplay purposes? Should it stop ppl from registering (in game) in these locations?

It's done, I assume, to distribute them equally. It's the same as how we don't put all of the UK in Lincoln, or how pre-reset Canada was split between all 5 regions with the maritime regions being in the Southeast, despite it not being contiguous.

Does that really matter though? It's not like we have tons of posters who are from those states IRL. At least with pre re-set Canada, it made more sense to distribute them evenly because we have actual Canadian posters on this forum.

I’m going to suggest that statehood or not, these locations referenced here should be admitted to the regions as territories. They’re part of the US IRL after all so they should be part of this game.

I’d suggest a referendum within 30 days.

Furthermore, if we chose to add said territories to the regions, that should go in effect ASAP IMO.

The amendment by Devout Centrist has passed.

That does seem like it could be a good idea, though I'd like to know what territorial status would mean for the purposes of Atlasia.

Allowing people to register in said places?

Six votes in six hours. Not bad.
