Anyone who thinks Obama would replace Biden is a terrible analyst or hasn't been paying the slightest attention.  There's also no basis to think Biden wants to be Secretary of State at this point.  Maybe when he was running the Foreign Relations committee and had been in the senate for 30 years, but he has better options now.
