An idea to rescue Biden’s campaign re: debates

What happens when Biden freezes up like McConnell or stutters his way incoherently through a debate? This idea could easily backfire. Let's face it: He's just too goddamn old. He doesn't have the energy or stamina for this kind of thing anymore. I'd love for him to prove me wrong, but this would more likely be a disaster for his campaign than a boon to it.
