So long bill. But worth it for the accomplishments it does. This adds to the Tmth-Evergreen LGBTQ+ Rights Act in 8 important ways!

1. Expands the definition of "public accommodations" of which persons are protected by the CRA64.

2.  Approves and supports DOJ action if LGBTQ+ individuals have been discriminated against.

3. Denies federal assistance or benefits to groups, organizations, programs, or activities which discriminate against LGBTQ+ persons.

4. Adds questions and basis for the jury selection process based on a discriminatory or biased perception against LGBTQ+ individuals.

5.  Elimination of discrimination within adoption proceedings.

6. Removal of Atlasian non-citizens relating to, torture, cruel treatment, prolonged detention, or other gross violations of internationally recognized human rights committed against an individual in a foreign country based on actual or perceived sexual orientation or gender identity.

7.  Prohibition of discrimination based on HIV/AIDS status.

8. Establishment of policies that prevent and prohibit conduct, including bullying and harassment, that is sufficiently severe, persistent, or pervasive against LGBT individuals within Atlasian Schools - which replaces the $1.5 Billion allocation given to schools provided for by the former LGBTQ+ Rights Act.

I would love to take questions. Apologies for the length.

^ why not this?

Because respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms throughout the world without distinction as to race, sex, language, or religion are already protected 22 U.S. Code § 2304. https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/22/2304

This merely adds such for sexual orientation and gender identity.
