6. Removal of Atlasian non-citizens relating to, torture, cruel treatment, prolonged detention, or other gross violations of internationally recognized human rights committed against an individual in a foreign country based on actual or perceived sexual orientation or gender identity.

Because respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms throughout the world without distinction as to race, sex, language, or religion are already protected 22 U.S. Code § 2304.
