This is coming from the view of an Arab and a Muslim. We can't take in the refugees because there are well documented ISIS/DA'ESH sympathizers among them and if we don't have a stringent requirements for them we can't let them in. It's not racist to refuse to let them in its not like we don't want them it's just we don't know who truly is a refugee and who isn't.

I am okay with refugee but the vetting process must be tough and lengthy. Something Europe did taking in a huge amount of people within very short amount of time is unacceptable.
Is it inhumane in a way from a refugee perspective to slow down the process? Yes.
But the government has a responsibility to the people within their border first.
It is extremely funny how people said most of the Paris bombers are 2nd generation citizens. And that is the key, people who are western educated, sometimes in middle class or higher with higher education degree, and still turn out to be terrorists. Much less refugees who had years been in the middle east surrounded by anti west propaganda.
