Mine is obviously Joe Biden, easily.

1. Joe Biden
2. Jacinda Ardern
3. Justin Trudeau
4. Scott Morrison
5. Boris Johnson

This but with Bojo slightly edging out Morrison (purely because he's hilarious)

I am interested why you wouldn’t rank Ardern first.

Mostly because I really like Biden. I'm not a fan of Ardern's zero covid policy but I'm also hesitant to judge it since it seems to work fine for NZ, so yeah it's mostly that I like Biden a lot. Ardern is great though, these two are far above the rest.
