Dem Primary:
Edwards 25% (+1)
Clinton 20% (+1)
Obama 18% (-2)
None mentioned 12% (-3)
Not Sure 25%

GOP Primary
Thompson 24% (not mentioned)
Giuliani 24% (-4)
McCain 16% (-7)
Romney 7% (-7)
None mentioned 7% (-9)
Not Sure 22%

They last did a poll at the end of May, but importantly did not poll Fred Thompson...

Lot of other North Carolina issue-centric polling, plus a horse-race number b/w Elizabeth Dole and Brad Miller that I'll post in the Congressional forum.

His only chance to win a southern state is FL and that is still possible but the Carolinas are mainstream conservative states.
