Sharkey County, Mississippi - Big 3rd Party Voters?

I don't understand why third party candidates did so well in Sharkey County, Mississippi.  Is there some reason for this?

Combined they got like 13-14% of the vote.

It's a fairly Black (69%), fairly rural (6 households per square mile), and reasonably young (less than 10% over 65).  It might be people that feel disaffected by a party and are not welded to the Democratic party.

I guess I can see that... it's just very strange as I haven't seen anywhere else in the country where there was such a bump in all of the third party votes.  And the fact that the socialists were part of it is weird as well. Maybe there's an active chapter there or something?

It could just be voting machines gone wrong.
