My roommate and I at the festivities in St. Paul last night, where we sang with the Twin Cities Gay Mens Chorus.  No, we are not planning to get married to each other.

You really have the most unusual haircut for a gayman.

I was just randomly looking through this thread when I found this quote.  No, I'm not a gay (not that there's anything wrong with that!).  Not sure where opebo got that from.  Huh

You must have posted a photo in a very tight T-shirt or something like this.

The  old man hoofing it down to the beach from his pad (about a 4 mile jaunt).

Good lord, you're all sinewy and so forth!  That's what the gays like?

A pledge brother put some headphones on me the wrong way.

What kind of fraternity pledged bearded hippies?

(I suppose I'm just out of date)

What is 'clutch dog'?  Is that what the youth say nowadays?

"dog" is just like "man" or "dude", a general way to refer to someone, and is sometimes spelled "dawg"

"clutch" originally comes from sports, a play or player's action is "clutch" when it's a perfect performance at the crucial moment that determines overall victory; the definition has broadened to basically be a synonym for awesome, exceptional, outstanding, etc.

Thank you! I feel as confused as that Chinese v001 or whatever his name is.

I'm far from a hippie. Have you seen the establishment clothing--shirt, tie--that I was wearing in that photo?

I suppose.  But it doesn't really seem believable in one so hirsute.  Like a hippie who put on a suit for a job interview, but held the line at shaving.

Me on the laptop looking at you all! (probably)

Are you renting? Living rooms without carpets are just wrong.
Strongly disagree. I don't always agree with trends, but FWIW, carpet is super duper out of style right now. I'm on board in this case. It's also a pain in the R-MI to clean.
Speak for yourself.  As someone who enjoys being barefoot in the house I prefer the lush softness of carpet to the coldness of faux-wood.

memphis lives in the tropics - it never gets cold.   Here the floors are almost invariably tile or terrazzo, only in very rare occasions one might see carpet or wood in a hotel.

Currently 36 degrees

Wow!  Here its still only like 66 for a low at night... global warming I guess.  When I first got to Thailand it was often much colder than that by end of November.

New shirts came today! Just one, unfortunately. I look like crap in one and the other has a swear word on it Sad

Where are these coming from?  Do you live at Goodwill?
