Crunching WV from the SOS site. Obamas %:

CD1- 61.2%
CD2: 64.8%
CD3: 53.6%

I find it a bit astonishing that Obama performed in the 5th CD better than in the 4th CD.

Why? CD5 is more educated and less rural.
