If 2020 board was opened too quickly, so was 2016 board.

The 2016 board was opened in 2012, and the 2020 board was opened in 2016.  In both cases, the older threads were moved over there after the fact.

Also, we were already talking about the 2020 race on the Presidential Election Trends board before the 2020 board was opened.  If the 2020 board had been opened later, we just would have continued the same discussion on Presidential Election Trends.
