Deport Perverts Act

Quote
1. Any unnaturalized alien present in the territorial boundaries of the Republic of Atlasia shall be subject to immediate deportation upon conviction of any federal, Regional, or State crime requiring registration as a sex offender.

2. Any unnaturalized alien present in the territorial boundaries of the Republic of Atlasia shall be subject to immediate deportation upon conviction of any federal, Regional, or State crime requiring registration with an animal abuse registry or upon conviction for manufacturing, selling, or teansferring a bestiality device.

3. As used in this Act, bestiality device means any sexually explicit sculpture, toy, or other object that is designed or sculpted to appear as the genitalia or sex organs of a non-human animal, including but not limited to a fictitious, mythical, or anthropomorphized animal. This shall not include any equipment utilized in veterinary science or animal husbandry or breeding.

4.3. 8 U.S. Code § 1227 shall be amended accordingly.

5.
4. This act shall take effect immediately and shall apply both prospectively and retrospectively.

Amendment. You MFs really need to know the god damn difference between furries and actual zoophiles and bestiality committers. I haven't bothered trying to argue around this absolutely idiotic definition because I am fairly certain it would just be like this:

and I'm dealing with enough BS as it is.

Beyond that, I'm not sold on this bill generally because I would think this means they can commit sexual crimes in their home country when we could prevent that by keeping them in our prison system. But I will wait to hear the arguments from the Senator from Mississippi.

Nay. In the end, this could result in us inadvertently causing more sexual crimes to occur in other countries. It’s better to keep them under watch here, in our prison and criminal justice system. If they committed a crime in their home country, that’s what extradition is for. If they committed it here, then they should be in prison here.
