A very good Mayor of Cleveland and a decent Governor of Ohio, aside from his support for vouchers and charter schools.  I like that he had the courage to disagree with The Decider about drilling in the ANWR twice.

Didn't he play a huge part in causing the Cleveland Browns to move to Baltimore? I forgot what he did though.
