FYI that Minnesota map has only 7 districts. It probably looked something like this:



(2000 map. Borders didn't change much in the 1991 redistricting from what I've heard)

The 4th definitely didn't expand that far north. The 4th now is basically just Ramsey County, at the time it was probably St. Paul plus about half of the remaining part of Ramsey County, "a few northern suburbs".

But anyway great work!
