Fremont is by far the smallest region, and always has been, so it's clearly logical that most land should be given to Fremont to try and even up the regional population imbalance.
Why is having the smallest population a bad thing? If anything it means Fremont's voters have greater power in the senate where this bill is currently being discussed.
It means Fremont is in a constant state of inactivity and malaise compared to the other two regions, due to being almost half the size of either the South or Lincoln.
More land in game doesn't have anything to do with who registers in game. Nor does it have anything to do with activity.
Well then why don't we allocate the provinces purely geographically. West of Manitoba inclusive goes to Fremont, East of Ontario inclusive goes to Lincoln, the South gets nothing because that would make no sense.
Why are you arguing that Fremont should have more land because of a "population imbalance" when land in game does nothing to raise the number of registered players in Fremont. Every bit of your argument here doesn't support why Fremont should have more land.
