Deeply mixed bag. Very slight lean FP because defending Ukraine is the most significant aspect of it in the long run (although really it should have been obvious to any US president and the fact that he's dragged his feet on some key decisions is a mark of shame) but alongside that you have the failure to even fully reverse the damage done by his predecessor on Iran or Cuba, combined with excessive support for questionable allies like Saudi Arabia and (to a lesser extent) Israel, and the debacle that was the Afghanistan withdrawal. His China policy is probably something that will take decades to fully assess.
The Afghanistan withdrawal was fine. Why is it Biden’s fault that the Afghani people had absolutely no will to oppose the Taliban from taking over?
