Let's pretend like this would happen.

Roosevelt won 89 percent of the electoral vote. The south (confederacy plus OK, MO, KN, WV, and MD) made 33.3 percent of the electoral vote back in the day. New York was another 8.9 percent, which would still give him 42.2 percent even with just those states. He only needs 42 (7.8 percent) to win. He had such a big lead in several states that if you asked me, he would get that 7.2 percent very easily regardless of what he would say about grabbing girls by the pussy

Even Bilbo, Byrd, or Smith would have beaten Hoover. Bilbo and Byrd were god-awful,and they would still have beaten Hoover. I really don't know if anyone even used the p word back then.
