No. Todd Akin was never really damaging to Romney, largely because he half-sista-souljah'd out of that mess.

Hurricane Isaac takes screentime away from what is definitely a positive event for Romney. So it is bad.

It might be a blessing for Romney's spin doctors.  If his convention bounce is seen as being weak, Isaac can be used as an excuse.
