Guys, Bill Clinton was the greatest president since Ronald Reagan -- successful everything, but Bill Clinton has not been president for 16 years. People have too much of a tendency to blame Bill for all the failures of his successors -- Bush and Obama. His policies were right for his time. When the times change, policies change.
