None. I doubt Ivanka even runs, she doesn't seem to be interested in running for political office (not because she'd lose to Rubio or the Democrat). Lara Trump is a bit more interesting, but she's pretty much a "literally who" and has been invisible over the last 4 years, so I also doubt she runs. However, I personally think there's a solid chance that Trump Jr. runs in Pennsylvania and wins the nomination, but he'd easily lose the GE so he wouldn't actually be in the Senate.

Junior and Ivanka will be in prison and Lara will lose her race.

The choices are far and few between...

Lara Trump in NC, Ivanka Trump in FL, and Don Jr. in PA.

The only one that could possibly win is Ivanka, and I don't think she would win a primary. Don Jr. will be wiped out by Fetterman or even Generic Dem TM, and Lara Trump will not have the name recognition from moderate Trumpies to turnout in a midterm.

People have floated Don Jr. as a Republican nominee for PA's open senate seat, and if he wants the nomination he'll get it on his name alone, the fact that he isn't even from here be damned. I'm confident that Pat Toomey's seat will remain in Republican hands, so if Don Jr. wants our open senate seat he'll most likely get it.

Most likely none, since I don’t think they’d win their respective primaries

Jr. running for PA's Senate seat would be an interesting moment in the evolution of the Republican Party because I don't believe he would be capable of beating Fetterman or any other Democrat in the state. If he runs, expect the Republican Party to invest heavily in his primary opponent because they will not willingly throw away that Senate seat.

Rick Scott has made it clear that the NRSC will protect incumbents. Which includes Rubio if Ivanka decides to primary him.
