If PPP confirms these numbers and Trump doesn't implode until March 15th, this race is over.

This is equally awful news for Rubio.

A lot of Republicans in my county (I'd say 40% minimum) are supporting Trump. I spoke with a few and most who are new supporters were actually Jeb supporters who switched to Trump over Rubio based on the Gang of 8 bill

Well, at least if March 15th is super bad for Bernie, I'll have the political death and complete humiliation of Mr. Rubio to help bring a smile to my face.

Pretty much. It would be humiliating for Rubio to lose Florida.

Rubio shouldnt do well in the Panhandle, that SHOULD be CRUZ territory if he performs well. That was Huckabee and Gingrich territory the last few cycles.

TRUMP will do well here in central Florida and Cruz may do well in South West Florida. The southern part SHOULD be Rubio country because of Miami and the like but who knows

Yeah! That's a good way of looking at it. And same with Tuesday, only with Cruz coming in 2nd and 3rd in all Southern states and winning Texas by single digits only.

Yep. Stick a fork in him.

Cruz is at least holding his own in his home state (although I'm starting to wonder if he'll actually win the primary).

Cruz 26%
Trump 21%
Rubio 17%
Carson 13%
Kasich 11%

Those are potentially the most important numbers in this poll. TRUMP not in first and only four points ahead of Rubio on this question.

“Media needs to chill. The FL Q poll #’s are way wrong. We are going to win Florida. Period. Take it to the bank.” -Todd Harris.

That's all they can say right now.

You know what's REALLY funny?
That's Rubio's best showing in a Florida poll since the beginning of the campaign.

Well, if this anywhere close to the real result then this whole thing is over.  There is no path for Cruz and with this there is no path for Rubio

It would be interesting to see the results if it were just Rubio v Trump, hopefully PPP does 2 and 3 person races.    But I doubt we will see scenarios where Rubio is leading.

Wow! What a thrashing.

Looks like we'll be getting our presumptive nominees on March 15th.

He is the purest grass roots of ~2/5ths of my party, but he is not the Republican Party nor do the leaders of the party wish him to be.
