Opposition to the 19th Amendment isn't anything new among the "alt-right" (Neo-Fascists). There are widely circulated theories that correlate women's suffrage with increased liberalization and socialization of society and the government. They reference modern voting patterns, which demonstrate a greater left-leaning orientation among women, as an example to substantiate their argument. By disenfranchising women (and racial, ethnic, and religious minorities, and even the poor) they contend that left-wing influence over government, the body politic, institutions, and culture will be dramatically curtailed.
So, seeing Richard Spencer, the self-appointed leader of the "alt-right" champion this viewpoint is 0% surprising.
