Of the states listed, Alaska, Arkansas, Indiana, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Utah. I can see Biden improving in several of these states compared to Hillary, but he has less than a 5% of flipping any of them.

The rest of the states are all possible for Biden to win, with Nevada and New Hampshire being the easiest, followed by Arizona and Florida, with Texas being the last to flip in a Biden landslide.

His 2016 states minus AZ, FL, GA, IA, MI, NC, OH, PA, TX, and WI.

Alaska, Georgia, Texas, West Virginia, North Dakota, South Dakota, Kansas, Oklahoma, Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, Utah, Wyoming, Idaho, Montana, Kentucky, Missouri, Arkansas, Nebraska, and Tennessee - as many others have said.

But, given some recent polls, I wouldn't say Missouri is out of the possibility of flipping.
