Let no one tell you the Republicans haven't completely radicalized on foreign policy. Something is really wrong here. Even Reagan and Bush never bent over backwards like this for the conservative lobby.

It isnt the GOP that has treats Israel like an enemy and kicks sand in Canada's eyes. Ignores terrorist attacks in France and sellouts allies in Eastern Europe.

I wonder if the Republicans will be too focused on consuming themselves to win in 2016.

Are they really on his ass about having someone who served as White House Chief of Staff under Reagan and Bush I, Secretary of the Treasury under Reagan, and Secretary of State under Bush I serving as a foreign policy advisor!?

This is [inks]ing crazy.

I'm surprised that anyone takes seriously the people responsible for the Iraq fiasco.

First Paul is criticized for not clapping enthusiastically enough in his presence, now Bush must purge himself of someone who was supposedly a respected elder statesman of the party. Did I miss something, or is Bibi Netanyahu the new head of the GOP?

If you don't feel the billions of dollars we give to Israel every year is enough, then perhaps you should just move there, since you clearly care more about Israel than you do about the United States. (Take dead0, Vosem and Ray Goldfield with you, while you're at it.)

Ukraine isn't a NATO member. We have no obligations to stick our neck out for them. They have nothing to offer us. Maybe that sounds cold-hearted but foreign policy was never meant to be warm and fuzzy and idealistic.

PBS recently premiered a special on Baker's career and legacy in politics and diplomacy:

This is ironic because Jeb has the same position on Israel as the GOP hawks.

James Baker is a fine enough hawk, but he criticizes Netanyahu like a sane person and the new hawks explode. These people aren't hawks anymore - they're want to run a foreign policy death machine and run it with glee!
