I'm glad to see that this is happening. Regardless of what your opinion of his relationship with Russia is, he seems to be flagrantly in violation here.

This lawsuit is going to get tossed on standing issues, much as lawsuits by Congresscritters on most things get tossed. It's going to take a private business who can show that they've been directly impacted by Trump's acceptance of emoluments to win a case in court. The most obvious is any D.C. area hotel that lost a steady customer to go stay at a Trump location, but there should be others.
