Why does police brutality seems to be only seems to concern the black community?

Black Live Matters movement makes it seems as if police brutality is an issue exclusive to the black community.

Police brutality is an issue that should absolutely concern the white community.

...yet, we don't hear much about Tony Timpa or Daniel Shaver, two white men who were brutally killed by the police.

To be clear, the white community has every reason to join the black community in demanding police reform.

Here is an interesting read:

For the same reason The War on Drugs was not a big concern to the broader white community until recently. The worst brunt of it was directed at the black community for many years.

The police have become so militarized in their weaponry and assault tactics but without a military code of conduct and accountability. This negative militarization is also occurring in a country where the populace is armed with heinous weapons, it's a situation that obviously is going to produce brutality and violence.

Because white America worships authority (cops and troops) and assumes anyone in a situation like this must have brought it on themselves. Even if the facts repudiate that. And even if it could be their son.

True. However, everyone worships authority. You like a large, centralized big government which includes cops and troops. Michael Brown was different than Freddie Gray and others.

It is a big issue in the black community because police are too trigger happy around black people and also Black people are as likely to be killed by police, but whites are killed more.

Also, the media sensationalizes this.

Tony Timpa did not get media attention.

And people want to know why the media and the police are not liked.

Tony Timpa and Daniel Shaver does not get attention because they are white. Who cares about white men?

If you follow Black Lives Matter activists on social media, you'll see they post about police brutality all the time regardless of race or circumstance. I personally found out about Daniel Shaver through BLM supporters. Even if some rando might claim that police brutality is 100% directed at blacks, I think that's much more of a strawman argument that anti-BLM people use to discredit the movement.

Black Lives Matter is not primarily an anti-police brutality movement. It's primarily about recognizing the worth and dignity of Black lives. Remember, it was founded after Trayvon Martin was killed.
