I vote for him too, but as a niot-picky person it was, if I remember right, a "Bucket of warm spit."
That's what I was taught in High School--because that's what he was quoted as saying.  It was an obvious euphemism, though, and most people at the time understood that he really said something else.  "Piss" appears to be the real quote, before it was edited.

I like that he stood up to FDR, but he needs to go for being so obviously powerless.
