Yeah, I think you just missed out on this last game, so I think that puts you ahead of any players in this game except for the winner.

Hm. If I can refuse this, I would like to. It's not that I don't appreciate it, but I don't think Lunar owes me anything. I made a, what in retrospect was an extremely stupid, gamble and got what I deserved. I shouldn't have underestimated Dead0man the way I did.

Haha, I think I put that down like a year ago. I haven't the time to get involved in something like this, but I'll keep watching from the sidelines.

I would argue that you were unfairly disadvantaged since everyone else formed alliances while England was left dormant, and you were first to enter after everyone else had been talking for weeks.

I intend to set up for the next game tomorrow (ie, specify players and nations) so we can sort out any administrative issues this week with the intention of adjudicating Spring 1901 in about two weeks from now. That breaks down to one week to organise the game followed by one week for players to negotiate and plan orders.

Whereas the following people have said they'd prefer to sit this one out/take a lower priority position:

Lewis, Ilikeverin, Dead0man, Lunar.

Anybody I missed? Anybody else interested? I might shoot PMs to Dead0man and Erc to see if they're interested in another game...

Oh, indeed there is... and I was just thinking about PM'ing you to see if you might be interested! I'm hoping to finalise players and nations in the next couple of days and then allow a week for the first set of orders. It'll work pretty much the same as the past couple of games on here - same house rules and so on.
