If Trump SEVERELY implodes even more with younger voters, Riley is possible, but very unlikely. Lee isn't possible if Obama couldn't even win it in 2008.

Out of counties that have literally never voted Democratic (there's ten of them, in KS/KY/NC/TN/VA/WV), none of them are possible for Clinton.

Maricopa is another longshot. It is a few points more republican then the state as a whole, but if Clinton wins by more then 5 points, she probably takes it.
