What on earth is in the water in Kansas City? Somehow the Royals are 14-7, and Danny Duffy of all people has an ERA of 0.39 through four starts. I don't know how they are doing it.

Watching the Cubs cheer the big 15-2 win and then lose the series and losing two series to the Brewers in a row was nice to see.

Huascar Ynoa is brilliant for the Braves tonight.  He's struck out 8 through 4 innings and just hit his first career home run.  The Braves are up 7-0, bottom of the 4th.

The Cubs, now down 10-0 to the Braves, have put in Anthony Rizzo to pitch. And he just struck out Freddie Freeman, who was 4-4 with 2 HR up to that point! Crazy game.

Last night's Sox vs Mets game was the epitome of lolMets. You have the greatest starter in the game on the mound, he only gives up one run, they finally have a stacked lineup against Nick Pivetta, who they've seen plenty of times, and if I remember correctly they got 1 hit off him.

Such a shame DeGrom's being wasted on such an underachieving team.

I had three pitchers on my Fantasy team (Kyle Hendricks, German Marquez and Steven Matz) all posted negative numbers, and Zach Greinke only put up 3 points. If I lose this week, yesterday's pitching is why.

Blame the Phillies for bad ground rules, by the rules of the field that was not a home run. The video review was clear.

The McCutchen call was actually bad though. I'm not sure how any sane person would say he was out of the baseline.
