Just popping in to chime in briefly to remind everyone that in Atlasia's world Saudi Arabia is alleged to have executed over 100,000 homosexuals. The president has suspended military aid to them and appointed a commission to investigate. And the Secretary of State seemed to agree that giving aid to the Saudis would not be a good idea at the present time.

So seeing a campaign to reinstate full aid to the Saudis here is very strange to say the least... I would highly encourage members to consider supporting this amendment if they're on the fence.

Nay, for the same Saudi reasons that have troubled my colleagues.

If there is no further amendments after this one, I am going to move towards a final vote since there is an intense desire to finish this on the Senate side before the term of it's Senate sponsor expires.

Here is a complete list of differences between the House and Senate versions of the FRR:

-Senate version contains an addendum not present in the House version.
-Transnistria is "not recognized" in the House, but has "no recognition" in the Senate.
-Guatemala is listed twice in the House version; recommend first instance be deleted.
-Abkhazia, Nagorno-Karabakh, Northern Cyprus, South Ossetia, Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic, and Somaliland are qualified as "The disputed territory known as" in the Senate version, but not in the House version.

Points 1 and 4 were basically me trying to figure out how to incorporate the House amendment about the disputed territories. Not sure what happened with Transnistria, but sounds like it amounts to the same thing. We could just pick one and adjust it if you want (without needing a vote I assume)
