The Let's Say What We Mean About Senate Power over the Executive Departments Amendment

Text on the top of the second page.

Summary: This contrains the previous amendment on the matter of Constitutionally-derived Executive Departments to just allow for legislation on their renaming and other adding additional tasks.

In other words the Senate won't abolish departments and officers listed in the Constitution.
