You decide what you consider to be a "Swing state". Which swing states (if any) will have UVBM? Will there be some states that require you to show up in person to vote? Which states might use slick tactics to try to suppress voters?

If the state government is controlled by Republicans, there will be very limited absentee/early voting.

If the state government is controlled by Democrats, there will be lots of absentee/early voting options available.
