sure, why not? If I'm a lawyer I can discriminate on the basis of how likely I am to win a case. If I don't think it'll win, I might suggest that you take your business elsewhere. It seems germane to the that particularly occupation. Similarly, if I'm into mercenary love, I should be able to discriminate on the basis of size, shape, color, and smell of the organ that I'm considering enveloping. Now, I might be hard up for cash at times and welcome all comers, but in good times I can afford to be picky.
